All the registration forms and Payments pertaining to each individual have to reach the AATC at least 10 working days prior to the scheduled training date.
Trainer Travel & Accommodation will be charged as per actuals and to be borne by the client (in case of outstation trainings).
If due to some reasons / factors that are beyond the control of the AATC, any session gets disrupted, there might be a need to conduct the sessions beyond the scheduled timings.
Cancellation of registration, if any, has to be made with a minimum of 10 working days prior to the start of a course date. Any cancellation made inside of 10 working days prior to the start of course date is not entitled for any claims of refund. And all the cancellations have to be made in writing to aatc@styre.in and copied to rudrasankar@styre.in and ceo@styre.in
In case a scheduled batch gets cancelled due to reasons that are not in control of the training center, then the course would be re-scheduled at a later date that would be decided after taking into account the individual's availability.
Refund would be made to the Organization if the Organization applies for cancellation of an individual / group with a minimum of 10 working days prior to the start of a course date. In such instances an administration charge of INR 1000 will be deducted per individual and entire of the balance amount would be refunded.
If it is found that a person from an Organization is responsible for the damage of any of the assets / property, then that particular Organization would be responsible for repair / replacement / reimbursement of the same.
If it is found that a person (an Individual, not register through an Organization) is responsible for the damage of any of the assets / property, then that person would be responsible for repair / replacement / reimbursement of the same.
An individual has to appear for the certification exam within 60 days of confirmation. In case an individual does not appear within 60 days of confirmation, then the payment made would not be refunded.
In case of online payment, if due to some reason a payment is not received by STYRE then the participant needs to clear the payment before participating in the training / exam. STYRE is not responsible for any failures or errors on the payment gateway.
In case of online payment, kindly confirm the receipt of the payment with STYRE once the payment process is complete.
ORGANISATIONS
  • All the registration forms pertaining to each individual have to reach the AATC at least a week prior to the scheduled training date.

  • AATC is not responsible for any delay with respect to the delivery of the course material due to external factors that are beyond the AATCs control.
  • Boarding and Lodging costs are not included in the proposal unless mentioned in the proposal.
